Fours years at DavinciBot

For four years, I was involved in the projects of the DavinciBot robotics association. First, I was a project member for a year, before becoming project manager for InMoov and then JASPER, before being appointed project manager for the association.

First Year (2019-2020)

During my first year with the association, I worked on InMoov, an open-source humanoid robot. Our aim was to reinforce its structure and electronics to enable it to lift a light weight at arm's length. In particular, I designed and built new forearms and replaced faulty motors.

Second Year (2020-2021)

During my second year with the association, I was appointed project manager for the InMoov project. Our objectives included upgrading the power supply to meet the new constraints imposed by previous years. We also continued work on strengthening the structure.

Third Year (2021-2022)

During my third year with the association, I founded the JASPER project. We drew on our years of work on InMoov, the fully 3D-printed humanoid robot, to refound the project. Our aim is to create a robust, reliable robot, moving away from plastic and towards more solid materials like aluminum. Work focused on the general architecture and the robot's trunk, to provide a basis for future years.

Fourth Year (2022-2023)

For my fourth year at DavinciBot, I was appointed academic project manager. I managed three project teams (JASPER the humanoid robot, Travelers the amphibious rover and the team taking part in the French Robotics Cup). My aim was to guide the teams both technically and managerially. I was in charge of around thirty people.
